Why not? You'd need to be getting higher quality streams limited to Apple TV 4k devices on all 10 TVs streaming only AppleTV+ content to max out that 300Mbps service.
Netflix Dolby Vision and Amazon Prime HDR10+ will max out at 25Mbps. 10 TVx x 25Mbps = 250Mbps. You still got 50Mbps leftover for regular streaming or torrenting.
