The guy was a all american as a true freshman last year. (first since 05. He was second in the nation in kick off returns and has 4 pics (two for tds) and 2 fumbles returns for tds this year alone. The kid was a all star athlete right in our back yard

not my son, but I did coach him during his younger years. He would have made an accelent corner for the tigers

I would have enjoyed it much more if Hafer wouldn't scream into his headset.

I was listening to it at work. Sounds like a lot of tough breaks anc calls that didn't go our way. What's up with the secondary? or was SDSU just good?

What happened to your brother? They said he wasn't on the field some.

..I wanna go to the Texas St. game and all, but I know they are terrible and McNeese won't score less than 35 points, IMO. That and the LSU/Florida game will be much better. I'm torn. You see that we have the #1 offense in the country?

SDSU was very good. Their O-line was huge. We really struggled getting pressure on the QB. Apparently, the QB played out of his mind. Thier fans said that was the best he looked; I just hope it wasn't because of our secondary. We played the entire game with one Safety back and the QB picked us apart. The were using three wides and running the slot down the hash; it killed us.

A couple of questionable calls, but they didn't kill us. The field goal was close but missed.

Nah, he was out there the entire game. Our Oline looked really good. Furroux looked pretty bad but that kid just never quits.

Q broke his ankle; Kyle said they are going to try and medical redshirt him.

ya boy Freeman had 3 sacks. But I'm sure the rest of the time was a problem.

Why no adjustments? I say that, they only gave up 3 points in the second half. So that's an improvement.

Name a QB that DOESN'T have a bad game. He had a terrible game and ended up breaking the single game school record for most offensive yards from scrimmage. The turnovers were just terrible timing.

Sucks. I hope he gets it. I worry about the WR position next year. We would have Friddle back, but who else? I know Q was going to be looked at by the NFL and this only hurts. Hopefully they'll give it to him.

He was not good enough for ULL, La Tech, Tulane, or ULM much less LSU.

Yeah, he went to his ole' faithful spin move for two of the three. By far, his best game.

Yeah, they buckled down but the playcalling on both sides of the ball was a bit puzzling. They were running the ball very well and then would just call some head scratchers as did we. At one point Kyle was so pissed he went up to Coach and told him to run it up the middle and we'll score. (he was bit animated too). The next two plays was a stretch to outside...stuffed. Play Action. Missed. Kyle back to the sidelines...I'm going to kill somebody if ya'll don't run it to our side. Next play. Qb sneak to the left side...touchdown. It was funny as hell listening to him and Eman tell the story after the game.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to dog him. I was just amazed at how hard he keeps fighting. Most kid would have buckled but he didn't.

Me too. I wouldn't be too concerned about WR. They have two really good looking prospects in number 10 and another guy they already nicknamed TO. They're going to be good additions to Friddle who had a hell of hame last week.

fwiw, I think he's our best WR. Whitehead isn't a pure WR imo and Q is/was out best vertical guy. I think Friddle can do just about anything.
