No, I think Putin, Xi, and other leaders know we are weak as hell right now and taking advantage of it.
Now, let's see what happens but I am betting it will weaken Biden and his admin even more.
Also, I think people are more concerned about Crime, inflation and the supply chain then the Ukraine.
