Has anyone dined at Jane's recently? Went when they first opened in 2020 and sat in the courtyard. Dinner was good, but nothing eye-opening. Service was fantastic, and the ambiance was probably the best thing about the meal. Want to go again soon, but wanted input from anyone who has been there with their latest menu.

I’ve wanted to every time I’m in the area, but we’re always rushed.

We went back in July and I wish I could add more, but our experience was basically:
quote:We're hoping to go back soon and sit inside near the hearth. Like you said, the ambiance in there is spectacular.

Never been, but it's on my short list.

Went last night and sat next to the hearth. Meal was very good again. Nothing spectacular, just solid. But the ambiance was perfect for a cold Friday night. We got the pecan smoked trout and endive salad and butternut squash miso soup. The trout was great, but not a huge fan of endive. The soup was very good. Wife got poached salmon on pasta and I got the white Peking duck breast with winter root vegetables. Duck was cooked perfectly, but only 2 strips of duck breast. I was satisfied and almost full after the meal, but felt like there should have been 3 strips of meat for a $36 entree. That was my only critique for the night. Didn’t have time for dessert, unfortunately. Shared a bottle of red and bill and tip right at $190. Service was excellent.
