Think even Texas has legislation that states payment shall be no greater than market value and athletes cannot use university pictures/items without a license. So WTF makes these players have any real market value? NIL right now is now short of our of control bribing players which is technically against the state laws.

I'd like to see if they actually have anything in Tx law. I never imagined you could just line up and pay the shite out of recruits before they ever suited up. Our La law prevents that anyway.
