Oh, so a global company offering $40 per hour(to start), opportunities for advancement, pension, 401K matching, paid vacation, job stability, and medical/vision/dental/life is a shite job?
We've been grossly understaffed for nearly five years.
We've dropped our requirements from degree/5 years exp. to do you have a pulse.
We even hire the green-haired freaks.
We hired 37 in Oct, most of them have quit.
The rest have been fired for refusing to come to work, refusing to work, behavioral problems and repeatedly making stupid mistakes.
We might have 10-12 of the 37 left, it's hard to keep up because we're firing them so fast. (We are VERY lenient)
We need 40-50 new employees.

That part is management's fault. Honestly. It's why I never blame a shitty server at a restaurant. The manager either trained them badly or hired an imbecile in the first place.
