If you have ever been to Windsor you would know why.
Also, you are comparing Windsor to Detroit instead of Grosse Pointe Farms or some other suburb.
Windsor is one of the top 5 shitholes I have been in this world. Denham Springs is a damn cosmopolitan metropolis by comparison.
