How many doorways, cased openings, different levels, separate areas, all adjoining, how many stairs, one level, how long a walk from truck, is it all way through house, near external doors, are you a nice guy, what's the neighborhood like, part of town, near-far for them? The wife did she seem unreasonable, are you an attorney... artist... too demanding, how busy are they? Were they recommended? You seen their work? Moving the refrigerator, washer, dryer, all on you (and where to)? Who re-installs toilet? How are extra's handled... thresholds, quarter round, Schluter strips? How was current flooring installed, tile on concrete, floor glued on slab or sub-floor? How long will it take (estimate) ball park, is there time constraints? Pets? Anyone work shifts?

I always love these quote guessing parties.
