Yes, they recognized the AoC was not going to work, but, they were scared shitless of giving the Fed too much power and spent a GREAT DEAL of time trying to come up with ways to constrict it.

Alas, they couldn't constrain future totalitarians like your people no matter how hard they tried.

Maybe try sitting down first. Then take a deep breath. Next try reading through the entirety of the post to which you want to respond.
