Man that would be awesome.

Because that would be a big NCAA violation. Scholarship reduction, players ineligible, postseason ban, and show clauses.

All kidding aside.

NIL deals cannot be tied to a school or how much a player plays. That would be a pay to play contract and a big no no with the NCAA.

Good points. I didn't think of it from that standpoint. I still can't imagine that once a player is no longer with a team, everything is terminated. To the OPs point, it would be ridiculous to ask a player to return any money that has changed hands.
