Yeah, it’s so embarrassing. Bc everyone knows that lsu sports venues are supposed to resemble Catholic Church on Sunday morning. Like good god, it’s not even that vulgar. Thinking a bunch of rowdy drunk college students chanting that, is offensive and ruins the games for kids and future generations of tiger fans, is the exact reason why everyone in todays day and age is so
fricking soft. Everyone wants to be offended and wants to bitch. Just fricking ignore it if you don’t like it, and tell your kid to ignore it and don’t repeat it if you think it is so offensive. Or y’all could teach your kids that words are simply that, words. And they can only be offensive if you let them have that kind of value.
Instead kids are now learning that whenever they hear a curse word, they immediately need to be offended and then need to run to social media and brag to everyone just how disgusted and embarrassed something made them. Which in reality gives more attention and energy into the chant and will gurantee a kid will remember the chant in the future more than if a parent would have just said either “idk what they’re saying” or “they are chanting something you shouldn’t ever repeat”. And boom the kid then will
Never even know what was said and for sure won’t remember it in the future
