No reason to throw life preservers to strong swimmers. More than likely, BK said what he needed to say in the first team meeting and left the door open for those who wanted to speak with him one on one following the bowl game.

Meeting with players suspended (for whatever reasons) makes sense. Put a face with a name, look the player in the eyes, identify the problem and get a perspective from the player, provide the player with options for resolution and outline expectations moving forward.

Some players will embrace and welcome a more challenging atmosphere and personal responsibility. Others, looking for comfort or status quo or assurances will hit the portal. Vaya con Dios.
