I too live in west Round Rock and my child has attended nothing but excellent schools since we moved here years ago. Couldn't be happier.
People complain about traffic and commute, but truthfully I can get almost anywhere in the city in 30 minutes using the toll roads. It's really not bad at all. Though, I do work from home most days so I have to deal with it less than most.
