hawaii will look for ANY excuse to frick you over. Don't give it to them.
Frick Hawaii, don't go. Plenty other places as nice or nicer, cheaper, with no Vax bs to deal with.

The Safe Travels process was clear as mud. Age 5-18 have to have negative test regardless of vaccine and the negative test has to be on an official Hawaiian form 
We got pre-cleared in SF with wristband and didnt have to stand in any screening lines.
Once you’re here, there’s not a lot of mask nazis. Water is still blue.
