Most interesting: Louisiana history taught by Tommy Carlton.
Carlton's professor was none other than T. Harry Williams, the foremost authority on Huey Long.
Fantasy literature: Read and 'studied' fantasy novels. Everybody in that class could have taught that course.
Hardest: Intro to Psychology: The professor stuttered. And what made it worst it was it was in a big class with 400+ students.
