I know there’s the Tues/Thurs morning blind draw for South farm duck hunting but does anyone know of any other easy spots to make a duck hunt in Sherburne? We don’t have any atv but do have a little John boat with a trolling motor.

Easy doesnt really exist. And with the dry winter so far, probably worse than normal

Easy as it will get is find a slough at Sherburne within walking distance of a parking spot and try to catch some woodies screaming in the morning

I've made the draw on Tuesday Thursdays and was drawn...didn't get any shots...
you have to be there by 4am to draw...
if I'm not drawn I would saddle up and go to section 120 road to see if I can get a shot at some woodies...haven't done that in years...
now I take the boat to the Atchafalaya Welcome center and launch under I-10 then run up north to set up in some woods with a few deks a mojo and jerk cord...
killed a few that way...
now a days you have to hunt the fronts...
