Yup. I love it college baseball but the skill level between the two is night and day. The women’s college World Series outdrew the men in terms of TV ratings last year.

I know wood bats aren’t realistic for college, but every time I hear that ping, I feel like I’m watching little league.

The WCWS was mostly on the main ESPN channel while most of the CWS was on secondary ESPN channels. That’s the reason why.
I won’t pretend that college baseball is a better baseball product than MLB but I do find it to be a more exciting game. It’s almost a different sport.
