I haven't frozen any seeds before but I have and do vacuum seal them. Haven't had any stored long enough to attest to their viability over time.

Oh ok, I thought you were talking about freezing the pods to cook with later.

I just kept my seeds in a ziploc in a fridge and they did fine.
