Good i see.

Ground meat is my most used cut.

Mid December i made 28 pounds myself.
74% deer
26% brisket

Talk about good !
Actually i used a 1/3 cup measurer. 1 brisket, 3 deer. About 8 or 9 packs I
put a lil more brisket and marked the pack.

Same here. I usually make roasts and such from the first deer of the year then after that I'm grinding everything but the backstrap and the rounds.
