Any guidance on leftovers that aren’t frozen? For example, fried seafood and hush puppies that are just fridge cold and not frozen? I’m afraid I go too long or too hot.

doesn't need long. I put our stuff in for literally one minute then just watch it every second thereafter. can get away from you quick just reheating stuff like that.

We give onion rings about 4-5 minutes to reheat and crisp up. Large onion rings.
