A discussion is what is needed. Change the culture. Bama and Clemson players don’t leave early. Unless a very early round pick.
They don’t opt out either. As said by starting mlb Clemson Skalski. He was asked about opting out of bowl this year. His immediate response. “That’s not a thing here at Clemson”.

Who is "we"... the coaches, the fans, the kids??
LSU did this by pushing the 3yrs and the NFLSU.
