My doc started me on some medication that seems to have completely wiped out my cravings, and especially cravings for sugar, and thus my binges. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and haven't had any issues since. I've gone from drinking 3-4 2L of diet mountain dew a week to not even getting through 1 of them in a week. Things that I'd normally snack on (peanuts for instance) that would last 4-5 days have lasted 3 weeks. I've never in my life experienced food where I can actually eat a little bit of it, enjoy it and let that be it. It's very strange (in a great way).

*ETA* That obviously wasn't the main reason for the medication, it was simply one of two that he wanted me to try out to see if it could help me out with my weight loss as I'd gone about 2 months of working out + walking etc with extremely limited results, but seems to just be kind of a side effect.

I drink a shitload of diet soda and get really lean on it. Your issue may have more to so with sugary foods—you drink juices and things like that? I would cut that out completely. Fruits - save them for preworkout / post workout or some blueberries after morning cardio

Also—protein itholate from raw nutrition or you can do casein since it’s night time. I make that shake at night with ice and powdered peanut butter. It completely kills any cravings for sweets and other junk
