jig for red snapper

- what kind of jigging do you want to do? Traditional high-speed butterfly jigging? Or slow-pitch jigging? The type of jigging you're after will determine the equipment you need.

- do you want spinning or conventional setups?
- Does star vs lever drag matter to you?
- And what about a level wind?
- will this be a dedicated jigging setup or will it be multipurpose?

That’s why I’m asking for advice. Not super aware of prices given that I’m not sure what to get.

I’d prefer for 2 setups be for jigging and maybe 2 for trolling.

I didn’t know there were different types of jigging. Forgive my ignorance but I’m willing to get educated.

I definitely do not want spinning reels.
I perfect lever drag
