Just because he doesn't have an offer right now doesn't mean he's not a prospect, which is what the title states.

He would have an offer from a lot of schools if he could spell his name. I feel bad for the kid.

I'm sure he's being recruited. But that doesn't mean that he has a committable offer. I don’t think he would be any higher than the fifth or sixth LB on our board. The coaches appear to have Jones, Bostic, Mingo, Armstrong (athlete), and Jenkins (long shot) rated higher than Williams.
