Is it possible? Sure. Is it likely in a domestic battery case, especially one that clearly is already being followed by the press? Not likely gonna happen behind closed doors without due diligence from the judge and DA, both of whom are elected officials. Their worst fear being a defendant getting out and going back for more, perhaps even worse the next time.....which would land right at their feet. It's a pretty sensitive matter for them.

They’ll get a bond set and he’ll bond out. Simple.

He's staying until Monday, at the least
