Has Colt David kicked hundreds of thousands of times?

In the Advocate today, Colt David says he has kicked the ball hundreds of thousands of times.
I am going to apply the FactCheck tool that I normally reserve for lying Democratic politicians:
He also says that he started playing football in middle school, so estimating 10 years from middle school to current time, that would be 54.79 kicks per day, 7 days per week, for a decade to equal 200,000. LIAR!!!

I'm hijacking the thread, but, to put things in perspective, it hasn't even been 1 million days since Jesus walked the earth (in fact, it is less than 3/4 of a million, or around 730K days). THAT's how big a million is.

Did he say a hundred-thousand times, or just hundreds of thousands? I take that to mean thousands of times, which I'm sure is how he meant it. Plus, why do you have to assume its 200,000? It's an expression. Geez!

What an epic fricking FAIL!
100,000 times < hundreds of thousands of times
Hundreds of thousands = (1,000 * 2 or more) * 100
So while hundreds of thousands of times is technically thousands of times, they are not exactly the same no matter how you take it to mean. In this case it would actually mean over 200,000 times which I'm sure is not what he (the reporter) meant.
This is also why the feller that started this thread used 200,000; because, it is the minimum number of times he would have had to kick the ball to reach hundreds of thousands.
Anyways, I'm sure he just meant a whole bunch.
