The guy is clearly an a-hole. He needs to get off the roids, move out of the state, and do some serious soul searching.

I missed that. Is it in the video? That would sure seem to negate the "PTSD had me so enraged I was totally out of control" defense. Kind of like the guy who try's to avoid arrest and, only when caught, trots out the insanity "I didn't know it was wrong" defense.
