You could’ve just went north and been in and out in less than 10. There’s better boudin up that way.
His boudin balls are great…. But boudin balls aren’t worth that kind of wait. You can pick up Tasso, boudin and andouille at Best stop. Then stop at Kartchners and get their house bacon and grab you a couple jalapeño cream cheese boudin balls. You could’ve did all of that in less than 20.

Kartchners boudin balls arent even close to the same level as billys. With billys being a 10 because they are the standard, kartchners is about a 3.
