So if the Bengals hold on and win today, and Pittsburgh loses to KC, then the Bengals would only have to win one of their last two remaining games (KC, Cle) to make playoffs,...can any one confirm if this is correct?

Yes because they’re 4-0 versus the Steelers and ravens so they own the tie breaker
