just with a saddle, most of your strong side or front shots, you are going to have the tree to provide cover for you

I try to set my lock on where I have the tree providing some cover.

With the saddle the "rolling" motion to switch from side to side is quicker than slowly rotating on a stand but just felt awkward and like i'd get busted

well that is kinda on you, no?

I've definitely seen some people say that can't saddle hunt because of the fidget factor (swinging side to side, standing up and down constantly, etc), so a saddle definitely isn't for everyone

but it definitely opens up more shooting angles, mobility, and access to more trees

trees with multiple trunks are the GOAT saddle trees
