USDA regulations. I learned that hunting stag in Argentina.
ETA: for your trophies, talk with the guide about a broker to handle your shipment back to the states. Talk with your local taxidermist and make sure he will accept shipments and you’re good. Just have to pay the broker ($1-2000ish)
