Chicago Brick Oven- Anyone here have one?

I’m considering buying one and was looking for feedback from anyone that has one.

I’ve had one for a few years. Love it. Definitely get the larger size.

Do you get much use out of it for items other than pizza? Do you have the hybrid version? If so do you find it easy to control the temperature?

I know someone that has a pizza oven and use to cook steak. Said they won’t ever grill steak again it is so good.

I’ve tried roasting vegetables, but I like it best for pizza and focaccias. Takes about 45 minutes to get it up to temperature, but makes damn good pizzas

Thanks for the feedback. Pizza looks great. I assume you have CBO-500?
