Never heard of a super bowl being played during the regular season

It’s a huge opportunity for us but calling a regular season game our super bowl is condescending as frick. It’s not. Ultimately this game means nothing in terms of our goals for this season. We have to win our conference and the conference tournament.

I promise you 100/100 tech fans would take a tournament berth over a win tonight

And condescending? I mean…you’re Louisiana Tech and we are LSU. If anything, I was saying y’all have a chance. Y’all have a good squad. I could act like you’re NWST, or ULM, or ULL, etc etc. I was actually saying y’all will be hyped because y’all have a chance if you catch LSU on an off night and y’all bring the A game.

Hey, you’re right. I change my mind. It’s not LT’s Super Bowl. They won’t be jacked up.

I know countless tech fans and there are absolutely some who would take a win here vs a 1 and done tournament trip. He didn’t mean anything condescending about the super bowl remark and you know he isn’t completely wrong
