The new landscape will be that those schools with the most generous boosters will win.
While booster money has always made its way to players, the opening of the process will allow the amounts will rise to such a degree that booster money through NIL will be the most important factor in a university football program's ability to get recruits.
You have seen the explosion in coach salaries? You will see similar explosion in player compensation. LSU will likely be outspent by Texas and A&M. Not sure that even Bama can match Longhorn and Aggie money in the longer term.
