Dries? You mean while it cures? If you're going to needlessly bitch like you know what you're talking about, at least use the proper terminology.
What could most of them be doing? Seriously? There were around a dozen guys there just hanging out meanwhile there's a backlog of projects. Exactly how many does it take to determine if the concrete has cured properly and is ready for traffic?
