He was actually with Sledgehammer Games. If you remember, MW3 was both developed by IW and Sledgehammer. Pretty sure this was related to the Jason West and Vince Zampella fiasco with Activision after MW2 released. They took half the dev team with them when they founded Respawn/Titanfall/Apex Legends, and needed a team to develop MW3. Incomes Sledgehammer.
If you watch his streams often, you’ll know that he brags about how he “designed half the maps for Advanced Warfare” (a Sledgehammer game). That’s also true buy the way.
