There's this whole "free will" thing that makes me call BS about them "not letting" people go home that have been off the clock. Did they hold them at gun point? If not then all they did was advise them not to leave because going out in the storm is more dangerous.

You have MUCH more of a chance getting killed by debris from driving than having a large building sustain a direct hit from a tornado.

When they wanted to leave, there was no storm in the area. They were told they had to stay, 20 minutes went by before it hit. I understand if sirens were going off and they said I wanna go, but were not allowed too.
