So pick a country. Pick an amount, say ...$20M. Do you honestly think that its government won't rake in those funds to a large extent? i.e., which country down there do you trust to use that money as biden says he intends? Say your country, despite the practical odds, makes it work, i.e. the money goes to solid investments. What's a reasonable time frame for that investment to result in its people not leaving the country? For the trickle down effect to reach the poverty stricken? Now, how long does it take to get the wall up & working? Not on paper but working to stop the flow of thousands?
