What’s mind boggling to think about is, there are a good number of ostensibly successful white voters in New Orleans with the mindset of, what’s really holding the city back is that it hasn’t gone modern day coastal liberal ENOUGH.

The old homegrown kleptocrat machine class had at least a modicum of self-interest incentive to keeping things relatively intact. When all your grift comes from the outside, I’m assuming all bets are off.
