Yet this board is terrified and hates Unions
Unions gave us the 40 hour work week, weekends, overtime, holidays, vacation time, health insurance, led to the rise of work place safety, and in fact were what drove the rise of the American middle class starting in the 1950s.
Why this board either hates or denies these facts is hysterical
Now Union labor is around 10% or 11% and the middle class is shrinking and shrinking.
