I teach history on the university level. You are correct. But remember the “final solution” was preceded by years of slowly stripping away the humanity of the Jews. They were first seen as “others” who caused society’s problems. These others were to be looked down on, ridiculed, and isolated from society. Sounds very familiar doesn’t it?
