WWE Monday Night Raw Thread: A Punk's Return Edition

Yes, yes... that guy is back... CM Punk
WWE Monday Night Raw comes from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. (a place LSU will not be in March)
CM Punk makes his 1st appearance on Raw in nearly a decade after making his WWE return Saturday night at Survivor Series
Speaking of returns... Randy Orton returned from injury on Saturday night and he'll be back on Raw for the 1st time in over a year
6 teams will compete in tag team turmoil to find new #1 contenders to the undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship... New Day vs. Alpha Academy vs. Creed Bros. vs. #DIY vs. IMPERIUM vs. Indus Sher
Meanwhile the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship will actually be on the line tonight as Piper Niven & Chelsea Green defend against Tegan Nox (I think her ACLs are still together currently) and Natalya
If you like 2 steaks tenderizing each other... we got "Big" Bronson Reed vs. Ivar to smack each other around
Call the manager when Samantha Irvin says "Chelsea Green"

As I said in the amazing survivor series thread (I wonder what made that particular thread so special?) they legit shocked me with this one which rarely happens anymore. My jaw was on the floor for about 10 minutes after
Trips has handled the whole thing excellently from waiting til after the logo to how they handled the wrasslers in the ring that did actually know but played it off well. The Rollins thing is a work but they handled it to where it wasn't automatically clear. Who knows the Drew deal but I lean work for it too

So many stories coming out today about people not wanting to work with Punk and Punk leaving the building as soon as his segment is over. I think they've got this viral marketing thing or whatever you want to call it figured out. Safe to say tonight will be the highest rated Raw of the year.

I saw a story that HHH had to assure people backstage that Punk wouldn't start trouble. This is probably a planted story but it helps build up Punk as this guy everyone hates.
