But apparently they are 6th now a week later? And we’re supposed to trust their judgement now?

It just confuses me what’s actually based on results and what’s just their “feelings”

if it’s just best then Georgia really shouldn’t be left out by their logic. Seems they just pick and choose what they want to get to their outcome

If it’s is “the best teams” how is Georgia out?

They have to be in.

It’s not the 4 best teams.

It’s all bullshite.

A narrow 3-pt loss for a team coast to coast #1 all year (not to mention a 29-game winning streak spanning 3 goddamn years) in their conference game would say they are in the Top 4 best/eye test teams if that's the moving goal posts criteria.

So that's why the committee can't screw around with this Bama and Texas combo bullshite. Just put FSU in and be done with it as follows:

UM
UDub
FSU
Texas

The latter beat Bama by double digits on the road and victory formationed the last drive in Tuscaloosa. End of discussion, Steers in Gumps out for the 4th and final spot.

just how do we trust these people to pick a Top 4 when they are so bad at their rankings the weeks before?
