For me, it comes down to Bama and FSU...

Texas, despite the loss, has the resume and the head-to-head vs. Bama.

Bama, SEC champ, but 1 loss.
FSU, ACC champ, undefeated, but not a top 4 team without Travis.

Based on the stated CFPC criteria, it is hard to leave Bama out. I think either way, it will be seen as both the correct and incorrect decision.

Perfect way to end the 4-team era.

It comes down to Texas and Bama, and Texas has the head to head over Bama. frick Bama.

to me FSU should be in and the 4th spot should come down to UT/Bama.

The only reason we are talking about leaving FSU out is because Bama is behind UT.

If Bama beat UT during the year and lost to Ole Miss for instance and UT ran the table after that. Bama would be in at #4 and nobody would be talking about leaving FSU out for UT.

Texas beat Bama by 2 scores at home.

FSU totally deserved it.
