House has never been at any of his stops in his 22 year career more than 3 years....

That's a massive red flag. Should be no love lost to do what's needed.

He should have had one stop where he spent 5 or more years

Frequent movement in coaching positions is not unusual for young, upwardly mobile coaches. It is the rule of thumb in that industry. Also in no other industry is the Peter Principle more magnified.

No, it isn't. This is very common. Brad Davis is one of the best coaches we have and he's had more jobs than House in the same time frame. Coaches move to take better jobs. They sometimes get let go b/c the head coach gets fired and that isn't their fault.
