Here’s the best attribute Perkins has: he’s never satisfied.
Sure, he may cause a fumble. Great. Not for him though… he wants to RECOVER said fumble. Great? Yes and no. Now he wants to RETURN the fumble for a score. He never quits. And that is why you’ll see NFL GM erections from space when they finally have an opportunity to draft him.
The baw never takes a second of any play off. You can NOT teach that, it’s as instinctual as anything I’ve ever seen.

I like the "breakdowns" Perkins gives opposing quarterbacks...mainly the "nervous" kinds when they see him on film the week leading up to the game.
