He said in order to win in the SEC means we would have to CHEAT to win so we would have to have coaches who are willing to sell their soul to win. If we are not going to do that we won't be able to outrecruit the SEC for texas kids.

He said we would end up being arkansas, ole miss, miss state because we are not going to pay players and sign players who can only sign their name with an X.

The best thing for A&M would be to join the SEC. Texas dominates them in recruiting now. If they joined the SEC and Texas went to the Pacific Time Zone, they'd have a recruiting edge because many recruits want to play in the SEC.

The worst thing for them would be to blindly follow Texas.

WOW....The old SWC was the dirtiest conference ever.

And I love how they all just assume that everyone in the SEC cheats. I mean if the state of Texas isn't the best at something it must be because someone else is cheating right?

This is true. I agree with that. However, Texas usually gets who they want out of that state.

I agree. Aggie fans always complain about being the Longhorn's redheaded stepchild. Now is the time for them to step out of the shadow in a big way.

Maybe for once, the Aggies should forget Texas- they will always be second fiddle to them in the state of Texas, why even try to dispute it?? Maybe a move away from the shadow of the horns to the SEC is a win/win for them...
