They're not going to let little brother push them around. Texas I'd say has little to no chance of ending up in the SEC. Their ego is far to large to share the spotlight with any school, especially with Longhorns Network. They don't need or want the SEC.
I'm going with Florida State.

UNC-Probably won't leave the ACC for basketball reasons and Rivalry with Duke
Kansas-Shitty football, great basketball, but it is a little far for travel
FSU-They scurred
Clemson-Makes sense
Missouri-I don't know why they would want to come to the SEC and be average or below at Football and Basketball
VaTech-Why not?
WVU-I would welcome this
Oklahoma-Just don't see them coming to the SEC
Just my opinions, and as far as Louisville goes, this isn't happening. They add no TV market, they aren't even the most popular college team amongst the fans in Louisville and their best sport is soccer.

UNC: New state with good markets. Strong fanbase. Great basketball tradition. Very doubtful they will leave the ACC. Strong academics.
FSU: Strong fanbase and great football tradition. Not sure if they would leave the ACC where there is not much competition. Would fit in well culturally.
VT: Similar to FSU, but would add a new state. Strong fanbase and good football tradition. Not sure if they would leave the ACC where there is not much competition. Would fit in well culturally. If they come it would be a bit of a trek and the conference would "leapfrog" over NC. Pretty good academics.
Clemson: IMO the best cultural fit. Strong fanbase and good football tradition. Would not add any new markets. Pretty good academics.
NC State: Would get us into the NC market, but not nearly as big a name as UNC. Would they be wiilling to come to get out of UNC's shadow?
Missouri: new markets, but not a great cultural fit.
Navy: Would be kind of cool b/c they are a service academy, but I don't think they could be competitive and Annapolis is a long way from other SEC schools.
Maryland: new markets, but not a great cultural fit, would leaprfrog both NC and VA. Good academics.
WVU: new (but small) markets. Passionate (but trashy) fanbase. Bad academics.
FSU: Strong fanbase and great football tradition. Not sure if they would leave the ACC where there is not much competition. Would fit in well culturally.
