Salt Lake = 186,440

Ive never heard of and dont believe that freakin Utah is one of the fastest growing high school football states in the country! Thats stretching it big time!

This is a list from MaxPreps of the number of D1 players produced per state for this class. Utah use to produce close to nothing and now they are starting to make a mark in the west. Utah doesn't come close to the talent produced in southern states but there are only 3 states that outproduced them from the West.

This is a list of all D1 players committed for 2012 class. Notice that every player on that list is committed to a Pac-12 school. Pac schools get the best talent out of Hawaii despite UH being in the WAC.

The Salt Lake metro is over two million people. If you are basing population on what's within city limits then New Orleans and Green Bay have no business having NFL teams.

utah brought a good school and a championship game. the move from 10 to 12 is much, much different than the move from 12 to whatever.

because it would cost too much to ship your girls volleyball team there.
