So, does this mean LSU will at long last have a legitimate archrival?

The Aggies being it, that is.

One other question... does this mean New Orleans becomes more viable for a regular rotation with Atlanta for the SECCG?

More like a legitimate archrival for Arkansas, but it could be a good little 3 team rivalry.

I think Atlanta keeps the SECCG, but maybe the baseball tournament could leave Hoover. Would be fun to have basketball in Houston

Texas A&M is for all purposes a sister school of LSU A&M, but I don't know about the rivalry. They are very similar in the way the fans act for sure.

no, UT will still be A&M's archrival

it would at best be just like the rivalry with Ole Miss

Wouldn't LSU be third in line at best behind Texas and Arky?

Yea we hate them and thru hate us. Plain and simple.

Also if are going to expand the conference let's go get Oklahoma & OKLA ST, FLA ST, and whoever else.

SUPER SUPER CONFERENCE I would like to spank Oklahoma a OKLAHOMA ST & A&M every year.

Before we start discussing them as a conference rival, note that over the past 9 years they are three.....not a misprint "3" games over .500. Just in case you're wondering, LSU is 66 games over .500 for the same time period.

To hell with the pigs. The red headed stepchild of the SEC doesn't get to call the shots.

A&M doesn't care about Arkansas. We agreed to that game to help battle 0U for Dallas recruits.

LSU is considered more of a rival

our head-to-head record suggests you should probably care more, unless you enjoy losing to us.

Even Arkansas State can beat them.

the LSU-A&M head-to-head is more even, they should be rivals. they are obviously both desperate for one in this conference. maybe now LSU will leave us alone.
